Since we are known for our originality in design we named our patisserie after the French sculptor, Rodin, (François) Auguste René (1840-1917), the foremost sculptor of the 19th and early 20th centuries,who imbued his work with great creativity, which was expressed largely through texture and modeling.

Today, our name represents one of the best and most prestigious sweets makers in Lebanon and in the neighboring countries.

When it comes to our chocolate, the raw material is fully imported from Europe. To add to our premium ingredients, the different praline fillings are of Grade A quality.

The chocolate is quite delicate and we should allow it to keep its full flavor, its freshness, its sparkle, until consumption, therefore it is important to respect the essential 3 rules.
• Do not leave your chocolates near a source of heat over +25. It melts and whitens rapidly
• But don't store it in a refrigerator, the quick crossing between hot and cold places provokes a condensed phenomenon and humidifies easily, white spots appear.
• Do not store in a humid place, it gets the same result.
